This privacy policy sets out how Moobidesk uses and protects any information that you give us when you use Moobidesk application.

Moobidesk is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using our application then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

Moobidesk may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting a revised version on the Website. You should check this page occassionally to ensure that you are happy with any changes. By continuing to use Moobidesk, you will be deemed to agree to be bound by the updated policy. This policy is effective from 1st April 2017.

What we collect

Your Personal Information: Moobidesk receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us. When you register with Moobidesk, we ask for Personal Information such as your work email, name, company name, mobile number and account password. You can choose not to provide us with certain information such as your credit card information, but then you may not be able to register with us.

Your Customers' Personal Information: We will collect End User Customer Data necessary to provide the Moobidesk Service to you. "End User Customer Data" means information about your customers in the Moobidesk Servies, which includes but is not limited to, first name, last name, phone number and email address.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information: We automatically receive certain types of information whenever you interact with us or use Moobidesk or our Site. For example, our systems may automatically collect your IP address and the type of browser or operating system you use ("Log Data"). We use Log Data to monitor the use of Moobidesk, and for technical administration. We may also collect information using cookies, for the purpose of enabling us to provide you our services.

Aggregate Information: "Aggregate Information" is data we collect about a group or category of services or Users from which individual User identities have been removed. In other words, information on how you use the Application may be collected and combined with information about how others use the Application, but no personal information will be included in the resulting data. Aggregate data helps us understand trends in our Users' needs so that we can better consider new features or otherwise tailor the Application. We may share aggregate information about our Users with third parties for various perposes, including to help us better understand and improve our services, and for advertising and marketing purposes.

Protection of personally identifiable information

Security: Moobidesk is very concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your Personal Information. We limit access to Personal Information to employees or contractors who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you. We employ administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access. Please be aware that no security measure is perfect or impenetrable, and transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we endeavour to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of the information transmitted.

In addition, we cannot control the actions of other Users with whom you share your information. We cannot ensure that information you share with other Users using the Application will not become publicly available. We are not responsible for third party circumvention of our security measures. You can reduce these risks by using common sense security practices such as refraining from sharing your information with people you don’t know and limiting the information that you choose to share using the Application.

How we use your information

All data collected or uploaded to Moobidesk is jointly owned by Moobidesk and Client, and you give us the right to collect this data and use it for the purposes described. In general, we use the information collected to provide you with a great overall experience using the Moobidesk Service, to help us understand who uses the Moobidesk Service, for internal operations such as operating and improving the Moobidesk Service, to contact you for customer service and billing purposes and to facilitate the delivery of Moobidesk advertising in some cases.

We use your information to send you a welcome email after you create an account. We also use your information to send other email communication related to the Moobidesk Service or website.

If you identify yourself to us by sending us an email with questions or comments, we may use your information (including personally identifiable information) to respond to your questions or comments, and we may file your questions or comments (with your information) for future reference. We may also use the information collected to send announcements and updates regarding the Moobidesk Service or, if applicable, about your billing account status. You will not be able to unsubscribe from these Service announcements and updates as they contain important information relevant to your use of the Moobidesk Service.

We may also use the information gathered to perform statistical analysis of user behavior or to evaluate and improve the Moobidesk Service. We may link some of this information to personally identifiable information for internal purposes or to improve your experience with the Moobidesk Service.

When do we disclose information to third parties
